Outback Sheepskins can ship to virtually any address in the United States and a signature is required on all orders over $100.00. Shipping charges are based on current UPS rates, however if you would prefer to use another method of shipping, feel free to contact us by phone at (800) 468-9665 (GOT-WOOL).
Unless an item is on backorder, orders generally ship within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped and payment has been processed, you will receive email notification that your order has been shipped. You will also receive an email ship notification from UPS, which will include the tracking number in case you need to track your order.
Please keep in mind that when an item is purchased on our website, it is the responsibility of Outback Sheepskins to process and ship the order. However, once the order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company. We cannot guarantee that an order will reach its destination by a certain day or time, however, if there is a problem with the shipment, we will be more than happy to help you resolve it.

Orders placed for oversized items, such as large pet beds are not eligible for free shipping and additional shipping charges will apply. Your shipping charges will be computed at the time your order is placed, but before you have processed your payment.
Availability of Goods
If an item is on backorder, an email notification will be sent as to when the item will be in stock. At that time, the customer will have the option to request an email notification when the item becomes available or to cancel the order.
International Shipping
There is an extra charge for shipping outside the United States. This charge is determined after the order is placed. The purchaser will be contacted via email to confirm the method and cost of shipping. |
