Product Guarantee
Outback Sheepskins manufactures all of our own products, so we guarantee their quality. All products carry a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship and all seat covers carry a lifetime warranty on the fastening mechanisms.
We will replace the elastic straps and hooks on all seatcovers purchased from Outback Sheepskins FREE OF CHARGE for the lifetime of the seatcovers. All you need to do is clean them (see care instructions) and send them to us.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 60 days for exchange, store credit, or a gift certificate. However, to enable us to continue to give you the lowest possible prices, we are unable to give refunds. We like to be up front about our No Refund policy because we want our customers to be aware of this policy in advance of their purchase. Shipping charges will not be credited on any returns and they must be shipped in a manner which will not damage the product during shipment.
Exclusions
We will not be able to accept returns of used merchandise or clearance items. Also, all custom orders cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Outback Sheepskins can ship to virtually any address in the United States and a signature is required on all orders over $100.00. Shipping charges are based on current UPS rates, however if you would prefer to use another method of shipping, feel free to contact us by phone at (800) 468-9665 (GOT-WOOL).
Unless an item is on backorder, orders generally ship within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped and payment has been processed, you will receive email notification that your order has been shipped. You will also receive an email ship notification from UPS, which will include the tracking number in case you need to track your order.
Please keep in mind that when an item is purchased on our website, it is the responsibility of Outback Sheepskins to process and ship the order. However, once the order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company. We cannot guarantee that an order will reach its destination by a certain day or time, however, if there is a problem with the shipment, we will be more than happy to help you resolve it.
